Ruth Rayner - MD
Ruth Rayner, runs the daily operations of the company and with her husband Freddie, founded Time For You. She has extensive experience in dealing with any franchises with expert advice on how to organise and the best way to get them started. She also has wide experience in the domestic cleaning services. After all, before they signed on their first franchisee, Ruth was personally doing the cleaning!
Freddie Rayner - Director
Freddie Rayner, Ruth's partner in both life and business is the Director who takes care of the franchisee support and sales. He is the company's 'go to guy' and spends most of his time on the road meeting with the franchisees and helping them in all aspects from developing their business plans to recruiting staff.
Sarah Jackson
Franchisee manager for the Time For You domestic cleaning side of the business is Sarah Jackson, who started out running her own franchise. Sarah was featured on the BBC and ITV local TV news when she signed on her 500th client, a true success story since she started out with absolutely nothing living in a women's shelter with her children, when she heard about Time For You. Sarah provides franchisee support by mentoring and training them in the easy but tried and tested techniques the company uses for all its staff.
Ken Clarke - Training Manager (Bone-Dry)
The Bone Dry carpet cleaning staff has an excellent trainer in Ken Clarke. With 35 cleaners trained and up and running under his belt, he's very interested in how each of the franchises are doing and keeps an eye on all of his trainees future prospects. If any of the franchisee need help, Ken is there ready and eager to give it.
Debbie Burgoyne - Financial
The last member of Time For You's management team is Debbie Bugoyne. Debbie is the Financial Accounts Manager and with fifteen years in accounting and IT, Debbie takes care of all the financial matters, including making sure everything and everyone is paid on time and all the computers are kept working.This five-member management team is there to aid all of their franchise owners and all their customers.
